100 Days Under Siege: the faces of Artspace

After SAIL rejected the mediator's recommendation that would bankrupt the volunteer run NPO, AUPE responded by trying to bankrupt SAIL through more frivolous litigation.  They filed a complaint for "bad faith" bargaining, which the Labour Board has yet to accept.

AUPE then began a very public campaign to portray SAIL and Artspace members as nasty, union busters who want to take them down.
