100 Days Under Siege: the mentality we face, part 8

Yet another glimpse into the mind of AUPE's "avocat".

Avocatzo has left a new comment on your post "A game of control":
Are you really such a moron? No, probably not. You probably do understand that what is being recommended as a settlement is a compromise that is proposed by a reasonable, experienced, respected, third party mediator. As the unofficial spokesperson for SAIL you have just announced what the Employer's decision will be: to refuse a perfectly reasonable compromise that is proposed by an objective, respected third party mediator. Apart from the fact that such refusal will in itself constitute egregious bad faith, your announcement of the decision in this post simply confirms that all of the animus that you have been spouting forms part of and reflects's SAIL's consistent and systematic bad faith bargaining. It's a pity that you folks refuse to open your minds to reason and compromise. Anyway, I look forward to meeting you when you and your cohorts will be obliged to justify your actions and positions before the Labour Board. It will certainly be interesting because the last time SAIL reps testified they were revealed to be perjurers and at the Mediation Roxanne and Chris didn't even have the courage to face us and defend their Mickey Mouse and made up numbers and "budget".
